As your full-service business brokerage firm, we will provide you with a clear and concise agreement. We conduct our business by first getting a detailed breakdown of the company, obtain financial documents, tax returns, P&L, balance sheets, and equipment lists to conduct a comprehensive business appraisal and valuation. Once we present this information we go over findings and discuss various price points of what the market is offering and where we think the best price point to list your business lies. We create a business package and client-specific marketing plan, draft an offering memorandum, identify and contact prospective buyers, and continue to manage the entire process from negotiation to sale completion.
